New Beginnings
This house was a 1970’s style home remodeled from the studs up. This house has unique Michigan aspects such as components from the Mackinaw Bridge used as ceiling accents, custom built spiral stair case, and a shower featuring a map of Michigan made from Petoskey stones. The house was remodeled to be more open and to entertain several guests with guest suites and bunk rooms for the kids. A bookmatched walnut 24’ countertop is featured in the kitchen. Newly built site amenities include an outdoor kitchen, pool, jacuzzi, lake shore storage shed all matching the main house’s exterior design. The exterior of the house features western red cedar board and batten, post and beam framing, and ledge stone.
